Step 1
Freeze string cheese for at least 1 hour (prevents melting too fast).
Step 2
Beat the egg in a small bowl.
Step 3
Mix panko, Parmesan, and seasonings in another bowl.
Step 4

Step 5
Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crisp.
