Ingredients

1 lbground chicken
1 Tbsponion powder
1 Tbspgarlic powder
2 tspblack pepper
1 tspsea salt
¼ tspMSG

2 Tbspcorn starch

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together your ground chicken and spices. Folding in your corn starch after mixing in the spices.
Step 2
Taking a tablespoon of your chicken mixture, form your chicken nugget shape. You can wet your fingers to stop from the mixture in being too sticky.
Step 3
Place your chicken nuggets in the freezer for 30-35minutes.
Step 4
Prep your flour mixture by whisking it all in one bowl.
Step 5
Prep your egg mixture as you preheat your frying oil to 350°F.
Step 6
Cover your nugget in your flour mixture and then dip it into your egg mixture , back again in the flour, and finally back into your egg mixture.
Step 7
Fry a handful of chicken nuggets at a time making sure not to over crowd your frying pan.
Step 8
Fry for 6-7min or until you have reached the internal temperature for each nugget to 165°F.
Step 9
Place on a paper towel to help absorb excess oil. Serve after a minute as they will be HOT!
