Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line cupcake tins.

2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs or yogurt and mix well.

3. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.

4. Divide batter in half. Stir cocoa powder into one half.

• Or divide into more bowls and use food coloring.

5. Drop spoonfuls of each into pan or cupcake liners. Swirl gently with a knife.
Step 7
6. Bake 20–25 minutes for cupcakes or 30–35 minutes for a cake.
