Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 190°C.
Step 2
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
Step 3
Chop or crush butter and mix with dry mix.
Step 4
Add egg and mix even.
Step 5
Pour dough to 24cm crust pan. Pour blueberries on the crust.
Step 6
Whisk sour cream, vanilla extract, sugar and eggs. Pour on blueberries.
Step 7
Bake 40-45 minutes until crust is crispy and filling solid. Let cool.
