Crispy air fryer chicken with seasoned rice and brussel sprouts

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the olive oil and ranch dip packet,
Step 2
Cut small slits in the meat and put it in a gallon Ziploc bag. Add the seasoning/oil mix.

Marinate in the fridge for a min of 2 hours

Pan sear the chicken in a 12-in skillet.
Step 5
Move the chicken into the air fryer and cook at 400 for 20 minutes or until the skin on the thighs is crispy
For the rice
Step 6
In the same pan that you seared the chicken in, add the rice plus 1.5 c water, stirring and scraping the bottom so that the flavor from the chicken is evenly distributed. Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt
Step 7
Cook rice for 15 to 20 minutes or until soft
Brussel sprouts
Step 8
Add butter into a skillet and melt.
Step 9
Add garlic and brussel sprouts and water. Cover and cook until brussel sprouts are soft. (About ten minutes)
Step 10
Add parmesan cheese and replace lid and heat until it melts. Serve with chicken and rice
