Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prep your flour: Sift the flour 3 times, then measure out 2 1/4 cups.

Mix the dry ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sifted flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
