Cinnamon Bread Cake

Cinnamon Bread Cake.
Yummy
Bread. -3x4 slices. No crusts. Joined into 3 strips of 4
Butter - on bread
Brown sugar -3/4 cup+ Cinnamon- 3tsp. Mix and add to buttered bread.
Cut strips. In half along the length
Coil strips into a dish
Goop to cover bread
3 eggs. Milk 1/4 cup. Cream 1 cup. Vanilla 1 tsp.
Mix up and pour over bread
Cook - 180C 40 minutes
Icing- Milk 1tbsp, Icing sugar 1 cup, Melted butter 2tsp, Vanilla 1/tsp

Step 1
Cut bread into strips and join
Step 2
Butter the bread strips and coat with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture

Step 3
Coil the bread into a round tin
Step 4
Make goop to cover bread mix up eggs, milk, vanilla and cream. Pour over the bread in the pan.




Step 5
Cook in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Icing- Milk 1tbsp, Icing sugar 1 cup, Melted butter 2tsp, Vanilla 1/tsp.Add to cold cake.
