Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8-inch pan. 2. In a bowl, mash banana. Add eggs, butter/oil, vanilla, and sucrose. Mix well. 3. Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. 4. Let the batter sit 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly. 5. Fold in chopped strawberries and kiwi. 6. Pour into pan and optionally top with slivered almonds or more fruit. 7. Bake 30–35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. 8. Cool 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or chilled.
