Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180?C.
Step 2
Line a baking tin with baking paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the honey, peanut butter and cinnamon.
Step 4
Next, fold in the blueberries and grated apple.
Step 5
Add the oats, nuts, fruit, seeds and salt and mix well until fully combined.
Step 6
Spread the mixture evenly in the lined baking tin.
Step 7
Place the tin in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove and allow to cool before chopping into bars.
