Instructions
Step 1
Mix cake ingredients until fully combined. The mixture is quite dry.
Step 2
Heat your fan oven to 180C. Line a square 25cm tray with grease proof paper.
Step 3
Pour and flatten the mixture in the pan. And bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Take out the oven and allow to cool fully in the pan.
Step 5
Mix together your icing and pour over the top. Let it dry for an hour before cutting. Enjoy! It is a cupboard stable treat. And I kept at room temp for up to a 2 weeks, however the icing tastes it's best when gooey and not fully dried out.
