HIGH PROTEIN SPICY SALMON BOWLS 😍 The second I heard salmon reduces brain fog I put it on the menu lol. May the Omega-3’s bless me today πŸ˜… okay but seriously this easy, sheet pan dinner was so good! It only took about 25 minutes to make and had lot of protein and fiber. The perfect busy weeknight dinner! ❀️ RECIPE: πŸ‘‰πŸΌ add your salmon to a sheet pan and brush on your favorite sauce (@Bachan’s spicy for meee) and top with sesame seeds πŸ‘‰πŸΌ in a bowl add 1 lb of shelled edamame, 1-2 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Add to the other side of your sheet pan πŸ‘‰πŸΌ pop it in the oven at 425 for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked πŸ‘‰πŸΌ in a small bowl combine 2 tbsp of mayo, 1 tbsp of siracha and the juice of a 1/4 lemon πŸ‘‰πŸΌ serve your salmon over rice or side of your choice. Instructions

Step 1
