Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
On the sheet pan, mix the chicken, garlic powder, pepper, and chile flakes. Add the flour and toss again.

Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, tossing to coat.
Step 5
Arrange the chicken to one side of the baking sheet.
Step 6
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Add to the other side of the baking sheet.
Step 7
Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked

While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce in a jar. Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, chili paste, onion, and toasted sesame oil.
Step 10
Remove the vegetables from the sheet pan. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and toss the chicken in the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce is baked into the chicken.
Step 11
Serve the chicken, vegetables over rice and top with sesame seeds.
