Once cooked, remove and cool for about 3-5 hours before cutting and serving. The cake will release from the baking tin when it is at room temperature.

Instructions
Step 1

Grate the cassava used hand Shaver or shaver machine like to grate coconut. Do not use blender. Otherwise it will be different form.
Step 2

Measure the cassava grate and add all the ingredients
Step 3

Add sugar and stir well until sugar is dissolved.

Step 4

Pour thick coconut milk. Original coconut milk is better but you can use coconut milk in small box packets
Step 5

Pour into a 7 X 7 inch baking pan frame and level the surface. Note: I used an 8x8 inch baking pan.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat without fan. Put the baking pan in the oven and place on the lowest rack. Bake for 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours or until the top of the crust is brown.
