Great on grilled meats. If you’re not a fan of cilantro, this can be made with parsley only.

Instructions
Step 1
Place garlic in a small food processor, cover and chop.

Step 2
Add parsley, cilantro, chilies and black pepper. Cover and chop until finely chopped. Scrape sides.
Step 3
Add vinegar, lime juice, zest and soy sauce. While processing, add olive oil in a steady stream.
Step 4
Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup.
