Step 1 In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil on low heat.

Step 2 Remove from heat and whisk in the coco powder, vanilla and raw honey. Add the coconut flakes and rolled oats. Stir until well combined.

Step 3 Allow to rest in freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 4 Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Using a small scoop, form small chocolate coconut balls. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes.
