Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Toss oats with butter, oil and salt spread on baking sheet and toast in oven for 25-30 mins tossing twice.

When cooled stir in rice crispness, wheat germ, and peanut butter chips
Step 4
Microwave honey and peanut butter until soft and mix together, then pour over the granola mixture and stir to mix completely, adding in 3/4 cup of mini chocolate chips when about halfway combined.
Step 5
Line 13x9 pan with parchment paper and press the granola bars into the pan, sprinkling the last 1/4 cup of mini chips into the top.
Step 6
Refrigerate overnight then cut and wrap. Must remain Refrigerated, will keep 3 months if properly stored per base recipe.
