Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F and wash and dry all produce.
Step 2
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush with half the fig jam and roast in a baking dish for 20 min. Cover with foil and roast for another 15-20 min until cooked through.
Step 3
Roughly chop sage leaves, strip thyme leaves, cut ciabatta into pieces and mince garlic. Mix broth concentrate with water in a baking dish, add ciabatta, cranberries, thyme, onions, celery, half the garlic, and half the sage, then bake for 35-37 min.
Step 4
Chop almonds, trim beans, toss with oil, salt and pepper, then roast for 10-12 min.
Step 5
Cut potatoes into pieces and boil with salt. Drain, mash with sour cream and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Carve chicken and serve with stuffing, mash, beans, and gravy on the side.
