Instructions
Step 1
Slice potato into wedges and boil for 15 minutes on medium heat whilst your baking tray in the oven heats up
Step 2
Season chicken and vegetables in a bowl with fajita seasoning and garlic powder
Step 3
Place potato wedges onto tray in the oven & leave to bake for 30 minutes
Step 4
After 15 minutes of the wedges being in the oven put your chicken mixture into a medium saucepan stirring occasionally on a medium heat until the chicken is done. You can cut up a piece of the chicken to make sure it is not pink.
Step 5
When the chicken & wedges are cooked begin plating the salad, coleslaw & grating the cheese. Then serve the chicken & wedges and enjoy! 🧡
