7 ozTomatoes in their juice

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1 pinchsalt
Instructions
Step 1
Clean and prepare the calamari.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Step 3
Add the garlic and anchovies, sauté until garlic is golden.
Step 4
Add tomatoes and cook until saucy.
Step 5
Add calamari and cook until tender.

Add parsley and season with salt.
