Chicken and Spinach in Creamy Paprika Sauce

This was a tasty dish, I doubled the amount of sauce to cover over rice, and I actually added some honey (to taste) in the sauce to add just a hint of sweetness and it was a hit with the family! Will make again!

Very good, very satisfying! I served it with rice and a side dish of cauliflower, pearl barley and salted almonds. The crunchy salad made a nice complement to the dish

This is one of our go-to recipes. I usually add the juice of an entire lemon. I also make 1.5x the sauce recipe so that there is plenty when we serve over rice.
