Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken individually and season the bread crumb mix. Whisk the eggs with milk or water until well combined. Place flour, whisked eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate containers.
Step 2
Dip chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, cover with breadcrumb mix, place on baking sheet.
Step 3
Coat with cooking spray.
Step 4
Put in oven for 35 mins at 400°F.
