Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken in zip lock bag and pound with meat mallet until quarter inch thick
Step 2
Remove chicken from bag and season all over with salt and pepper
Step 3
In shallow dish, combine flour, lemon gratings, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Add chicken to mixture, then turn them to coat completely.
Step 5
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat
Step 6
Add chicken and sauté two minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
Step 7
Add lemon juice, wine, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Step 8
Simmer five minutes until sauce thickens
Step 9
Add drained artichoke and capers
Step 10
Simmer one minute or until heated through
