Step 2

Thinly Slice Red Onions
Step 3

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces, and remove all stems.
Step 4

Peel and slice the cucumbers
Step 5

Drizzle olive oil over the prawns and dust them with paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then bake the prawns in a 375°F convection oven for 10 minutes (we often use large, frozen easy-peel prawns). Peel to serve.
Step 6

Peel and slice avocado in bite-size pieces
Step 7

Prepare lettuces, wash, dry and chop as needed
Make the Dressing
Step 8

Mix the chili sauce with the mayo and taste. Make sure the color is not light pink, but let the chili stand out a bit.
Step 9

Prepare the garlic bread: slice the ciabatta, mix room temperature butter with garlic and spread over the sliced ciabatta, and save to bake later.
Step 10

Bake the garlic bread right in a hot 375º convection oven for 10 minutes before serving, and place it in a lined basket, and cover it to keep it warm
Step 11

Place all of the ingredients in a platter, or in different bowls for self-service
