Instructions
Step 1
Wash golden potatoes and slice or dice potatoes. Slice or dice your sweet onions and place both veggies in the crockpot.
Step 2
Add a good amount of salt and pepper to the crockpot.

Drizzle olive oil in the crockpot.
Step 4
Next, chop the ends of string beans and add them to the crockpot. Slice the sausage, and add it to the pot. And place half of the stick of butter in the crockpot.
Step 5
Spread onion soup mix over food in the crockpot.
Step 6
Pour 1/2 cup of chicken or beef broth.
Step 7
Set the temperature on medium-high and cook until the potatoes and onions are tender. Serve and enjoy.
