180gall purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
50ggranulated sugar
90gbrown sugar
½ tspvanilla extract
2eggs
70golive oil
340gbananas
40ggreek yogurt

Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, make the cinnamon sugar filling. Mix and set aside.
Step 2
Line a 9x5 loaf pan.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 325F.
Step 4
In a bowl, add in the eggs and sugars. Mix until lighter in color and fluffy.
Step 5
Add in the greek yogurt, mashed bananas and vanilla paste.
Step 6
Mix until smooth. Slowly add in the olive oil and mix again.
Step 7
Add in the flour and baking soda. mix until you see no clumps! Do not overmix.
Step 8
Pour half the mixture into the pan. sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top of that. Pour rest of the batter on top. Sprinkle leftover cinnamon mixture on top and use a chopstick to swirl around gently.
Step 9
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Let it come to a cool completely. While that’s cooling, make the frosting. Combine room temp cream cheese and butter. Whisk using a hand mixer. Add in the vanilla and powdered sugar.
