Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas 4. Line a baking tray with parchment.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, combine dates, cacao powder, and almonds. Blend about 1 minute until you get a sticky, chunky paste.
Step 3
Add the coconut flakes, agave syrup, coconut oil, xylitol, and water. Pulse/blend just to a rough consistency (not completely smooth).
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Divide into 12 portions and roll each into a ball.
Step 5
Arrange balls on the lined tray and bake for 10 minutes.
