Step 1
Mix the flour, soft butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, the egg and pinch of salt. Knead lightly until a ball forms.

Cover and set aside in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Step 3
I chose a flower-shaped cookie cutter to form the little cookies. Little tip: I advise you to roll out your dough on lightly floured baking paper so that it doesn't stick.

I also used a cookie cutter to make little holes on half of the cookies, before baking.
Step 5
Place your cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool completely, then sprinkle the top cookies with a little powdered sugar.

You can top the cookies with the filling of your choice! For my part I used strawberry jam…
