Classic Apple Cinnamon Crumble Cake with tender apples, soft cake, and a thick, crunchy crumble topping. Perfect warm with coffee or as a comforting dessert! 🍎✨
Quick tips!
I used elstar apples, can also use granny smith, honey crisp, braeburn, gala, jonagold, boskoop
Cool cake completely uncovered to keep crumble crisp.
Skewer may be a bit moist from apples cake is done if batter is cooked.
Slice like a pizza for neat pieces with crumble on top.
Sprinkle powdered sugar just before serving.
Optional: add nuts or caramel for extra flavor.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 180 °C. Grease pan ( i used baking spray), line bottom with parchment paper
Step 2
Mix cake ingredients in one bowl until smooth. Dont over mix
Step 3
Toss apples with cinnamon, sugar, and flour. Optional: sauté 2–3 min.
Step 4
Mix crumble ingredients, rub in butter to make coarse crumbs.
Step 5
Spread cake batter in pan then apples and finally the crumble on top.
Step 6
Bake 55–65 min. A skewer should come out clean. Cover with foil last 10 min if browning too fast.
Step 7
Cool 10–15 min in pan, then remove and cool uncovered.
Step 8
Slice like a pizza, optionally dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
