Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, pecans, apple, and baking powder.
Step 2
Whip eggs till creamy (about 2 minutes in high with a stand mixer). Then add sugar and continue to whip for another couple of minutes, till airy.
Step 3
Add vanilla to egg mixture.
Step 4
Combine and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
