Instructions

Step 1
Add dates to a medium sized bowl and cover with hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes
Step 2
Add dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a food processor. Blend until smooth
Step 3
Place mixture in a bowl and stir in oats
Step 4
Transfer to a small dish and flatten. Put in freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Once done, cut into small bite squares
Step 5
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and melt. Pour on top of the bars and spread evenly. Top with salt and freeze to harden.
