Step 1
Arrange pork tenderloins in an even layer in a 4- to 5-qt. slow cooker (see “Fit Check,” opposite). Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over pork, turning pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic on top of pork. Sprinkle with pepper.
Step 2
Cover and cook on Low 2 to 3 hours or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 145°F (tip, below). Transfer pork to a cutting board; let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve pork with juices from slow cooker.
