For the base
Mix and match extras
1 tablespoonflaxseed

grated
1 teaspoonhoney
¼ cupfrozen berries
1 tablespoonhemp seeds
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
For the gelatin
Instructions
Step 1
Add the base ingredients to a saucepan over a low heat and stir until all the liquid is absorbed by the oats
Step 2
Stir in extras of choice
Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, bloom gelatin by stirring the gelatin and water together h til the mixture becomes fluffy. This takes roughly 30 seconds
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the saucepan with the base ingredients and stir until the gelatin has completely melted
Step 5
Pour into a medium sized glass container with a flat bottom and leave to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight
Step 6
Cut into age appropriate finger shaped pieces or into bite sized pieces for babies over 9 months of age
Step 7
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container
