Instructions

Step 1
. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, instant pudding mix, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix—instant pudding thickens quickly.

6. Fold in nuts if using.

7. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.

8. Bake for 22–27 minutes, checking early (instant pudding sets faster). A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs, not wet batter.

9. Cool completely before lifting out with parchment and slicing into squares.
