Instructions

Step 1
Roast 2 yellow bell peppers in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Take off the skin, then put all your ingredients in a processor.
Step 3
Cut up peppers, then add garlic, walnuts, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and 2 tablespoons of tahini.
Step 4
Mix all together, then transfer to a bowl & garnish.
