Instructions

Step 1
Grate the zucchinis finely and squeeze out excess water. Set aside.

In a heatproof bowl, whisk the eggs with both sugars over a bain-marie until the mixture becomes foamy

MAdd the oil and milk, whisk to combine.
Step 4
Stir in the grated zucchinis.
Step 5
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, flaxseed, and salt.
Step 6
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Step 7
Pour the batter into a greased pan.
Step 8
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes
Step 9
Let cool before serving.
