Peanut Crunch

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Prepare the peanut crunch: In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, combine peanut butter, sugar. and marshmalows. Cover; bake for 15 minutes, until mixture has softened and is easy to mix. Stir; bake an additional 5 minutes if needed. Mix until smooth: stir in Rice Krispies
To assemble:
spread a layer of peanut crunch into the loaf pan. Add haif the ice cream. Repeat with a layer of the peanut crunch and a layer of remaining ice cream top with any remaining crunch. Return to freezer. Keep frozen until ready to serve. Invert loaf pan onto a tray; slice when serving. Enjoy!
