Instructions
Step 1
Cut onions in half and then slice off the edges so there is not a round bottom,
Blend marinade ingredients in bowl,
Pour into baking dish with tall sides,
Place onions face down in marinade
Step 2
Marinade overnight
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400, flip onions,
Top with light butter and rosemary
Step 4
Roast uncovered for 1 hour - basting once or twice,
Remove outer skins before eating
