Instructions
Pretzels
Step 1
Whisk water, yeast and sugar in bread mixing bowl and let sit for 5 min.
Step 2
Incorporate flour a little at a time and mix using bread mixer.
Step 3
Grease bread mixing bowl and place dough in bowl, cover ant let sit for 1 hour in warmest place in your kitchen.
Step 4
Divide dough into 12 parts (about 80-90 g each)
Step 5
Roll out each dough section and shape into pretzels
Step 6
Heat water in a pan, add 1/4 c. baking soda
Step 7
Place pretzels into water about 20 sec each side
Step 8
Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Brush pretzels with egg wash and sprinkle with kosher salt
Step 9
Bake at 450 degrees for 8-12 min.
Step 10
Brush with butter and let sit.
Beer Cheese Sauce
Step 11
Sauté butter and flour, add milk and beer then onion powder, garlic powder, mustard and worstechire sauce.
Step 12
Add Cheese and stir while continuing to heat.
Step 13
Add more milk if too thick.
