Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the onions into rings.
Step 2
Sprinkle Parmesan on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Spread onions on top and sprinkle with more Parmesan, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Step 4
Bake at 350°F for 15 min, then broil at 250°F for 20 min or until golden. Let it cool for 5-10 min.

Cook ground beef, seasoning with salt and paprika.

Make avocado paste and shred spinach.
Step 7
Thinly slice tomato and dill pickle.
Step 8
Flip the onion sheet over, spread avocado paste, sprinkle spinach, and ground beef.
Step 9
Top with tomato and pickle slices, roll it up, and slice.
