Instructions

Step 1
In a large measuring cup, mix the jello powder with 2 cups boiling water with a whisk. Add 2 cups cold water, and whisk until all powder is dissolved.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the 2 cans of cranberry sauce, 2 cans of crushed pineapple (lightly drained), and the toasted almonds. Pour in the jello mixture, and stir until well blended.
Step 3
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate (overnight is recommended). May be served with a whipped topping dollop, if desired.
