Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F, place pie crust in pie dish and prick bottom with a fork. Bake until lightly browned
Step 2
mix heavy cream with salt pepper and any optional seasonings, stir in squeezed spinach and mozzarella, pour mixture into pie crust and spread evenly
Step 3
bake 35–45 minutes until filling is set and top is lightly golden, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and put in oven till top is melted. let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
