2 Tbspsteak sauce
2 sheetsflaky puff pastry

Brush, at the ends to seal pastry - cut into four large rolls

Mix brush over each roll

Instructions
Step 1
Mix sausage meat and ingredients together well.
Step 2
Lay out pastry fill each with half of the sausage mixture.
Step 3
Brush water at the ends to seal pastry - cut into four large rolls.
Step 4
Mix egg yolk and water and brush over each roll.
Step 5
Bake 15-20 minutes at 200 until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 6
Optional - add grated cheese and tomato relish on pastry sheet before meat mixture
