Instructions
Step 1
Cube potatoes and spread on a baking sheet. Add olive oil (just enough to coat) and seasoning of choice. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes
Step 2
Combine 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup Parmesan and same seasonings in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Move potatoes to 1/3 of the baking sheet. Lay out chicken breast in middle and coat with french onion dip of choice. Top with panko mix.
Step 4
Add green beans to remaining 3rd of baking sheet and coat with olive oil and same seasonings. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes (or until chicken reaches 165° internal temp)
