Instructions
Step 1
Dice potatoes, onions and bell pepper
Step 2
Sauté potatoes, spring onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes
Step 3
Stir in flour and cook over low heat for 2 minutes
Step 4
Stir in stock, bring to boil, then lower heat, cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes
Step 5
Stir in sweetcorn, Quorn, milk and seasonings, bring back to boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender
