Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cut chocolate into small squares. Place chocolate and cookie butter into a 9 × 13-inch baking pan. Cover; bake for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from oven. The mixture will not look melted, but it should mix together smoothly at this point. If not, cover and return to oven for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Mix well. Add Rice Krispies, mixing until evenly combined. Smooth to an even layer; freeze for 3 hours.
Step 5
When frozen solid, remove the entire batch from the pan; place on a cutting board and use a large knife to cut into squares.
Step 6
For a more sophisticated version, coat with sifted cocoa.
