In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the coconut oil and let the

not over the crispy chicken) and let it simmer until the pan is dry and

the chicken is fully cooked, about 15 minutes. Make room for some

ghee in the pan and also add the minced garlic. Let the garlic cook in

the ghee about 2 minutes and then spoon some of the sauce over the

tops of the chicken. Mix the rest into the brussels sprouts.
