Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.

Flatten each biscuit dough round onto the baking sheet.
Step 4
Place a spoonful of cooked beef onto each flattened biscuit.
Step 5
Add a pinch of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the beef.
Step 6
Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal and shape into balls.
Step 7
Brush the tops of each ball with melted butter.
Step 8
Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and minced parsley on top if using.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 10
Let cool slightly before serving.
