A Chaps employee gave me this recipe. Tastes pretty close. If you plan to use prepared fresh horseradish, you’ll need to add 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Instructions

Step 1
combine mayonnaise (½ cup), with sour cream (2 tbsp). Add in prepared horseradish (¼ cup) and dry mustard (1 tsp). Finish the Tiger sauce with salt (pinch) and freshly cracked black pepper. Add OldBay to flavor. Add Lemon juice if horseradish is fresh. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
