Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, Melt butter in microwave. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar and mix well. Use the back of spoon to push down inside the springform pan.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cream the sugar and cream cheese with beaters. Add vanilla and one egg at a time. Add sour cream and mix until smooth. Pour over crust and even out.
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Then turn down over to 250 degrees. (Do not open oven!) Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 30 minutes. Take out to cool and use knife to loosen from sides.
Step 4
Once cooled on the counter, cover and refrigerate. Top will cherry pie filling, fresh sliced strawberries, frozen strawberries thawed, fresh or frozen blueberries, etc. Enjoy!
