For an healthier option Fat Free condensed milk can be used.

Step 1

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 2

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
Step 3

Fold in the Grape Nut cereal and stir until evenly distributed.
Step 4

Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. Ensure to lay plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent freezer burn, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
